You have alot still going on in your garden too. Your Celosia is like mine, don't you love it when the blooms get thick and different looking?

Why does the cockscomb lay over like that? Is the head too heavy? My neighbor had them last year, beautiful and tall; she gave me seed and I grew them this year, but mine stayed short, and their blooms lay over like that. I figured the head was just too heavy for the small stalk. I can't figure out why mine didn't get tall... Hmmm, garden mysteries, part of the fun of gardening!

Hi Carla, what a beautiful array of blooms still going on in your garden this fall. Even weeds can be pretty.

You have so much still blooming! I have a purple mum, the new yellow one died. What is lovely is that the japanese maples are turning color now, and the red bush (name is escaping me now) has all the berries and color variations.

Thanks for sharing!

Your blooms are lovely. I took the time to really look at your blog. It is interesting. You have a wonderful family. I especially loved the painting of Jesus. I can understand why you were considering purchasing it.
