Its Spring And I Need...

A Puppy:)

SiSi, my almost two year old chihuahua which died in January, was the perfect dog.

Small, portable, agreeable, layed back, good with kids, cats, and other dogs.

I couldn't believe how much I missed her. I keep saying to hubby, I miss my Si.

'Get another chi' he'd say.

'No, I'm not ready' I'd say.

BUT springtime means babies, and I had spring fever-BIG time!!!!

So, the search had begun!!!

I found puppies on Craigslist, and amazingly found this breeder near by. She had a darling white female chi and a female pekingese chihuahua mix. The chi was darling, but when I saw this puggy face (I'm a sucker for puggy faces), I knew she was mine!!!



I tried to name her Twinkie (complete with cream filling (white toes)).

But, when talking to hubby about it, I said Twinkie just didn't fit.

He asked 'what does?'

'Frankenberry' I said.


'Frankenberry?' he replied,

'Perfect~!!'



She does not like the crate, but she loves being in the washroom. She loves to go pee straight away when we go outside. She loves the big dogs, and the kids, and because she has no one to play with, I'm getting her a kitten.



She really loves Reba.




She loves to sleep in her 'batcave' (small cat tree). This is where she stashes her toys. Often I have found a shoe hanging out where she has pulled the front part inside.
