My Rose of Sharon, or "Alfie" as my grandma called them is really showing out: The new blooms are one color:
The faded ones are a different color:
Here you can see all three stages of the colors, dark red bud, faded, and new blooms. I really like this double bloom Rose of Sharon, Athlea.
My most wonderful moonplant, datura, has suprised me with its return this year. I know they are hardy and reliable, but I always fret.
It SO loves heat and is really spreading. I have it in a spot which I would love for it to fill. (I already told it so:)
These are my first blooms this year. Every part of the plant is posionious. And I love it:)
No way it is already June 9th!!! It is supposed to get up to 92 today, so my post is actually put together from last night. (Hopefully) I will be out weeding early in the day! Have a Wonderful Tuesday:)
Happy Bloomin' Tuesday!
I'm joining MsGreen "thumb" Jean for Bloomin'" Tuesday! Come join in or see others!

Yopur moonflower plant is amazing! I have one in a pot I put in the basement every year. It's just starting to leaf. Great shots of the Rose of Sharon stages. Great post! Jean
