"I Can See Clearly Now"
Johnny Nash - I Can See Clearly Now Lyrics
I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It’s gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.
I think I can make it now, the pain is gone
All of the bad feelings have disappeared
Here is the rainbow I’ve been prayin for
It’s gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.
Look all around, there’s nothin but blue skies
Look straight ahead, nothin but blue skies
I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It’s gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.

We want some rain here!!!
Thanks for the Ray Charles; I just adored him; got to see him twice, once in Vegas, once at the world series in Phoenix, singing "America the Beautiful."
I should have a tshirt with the first two lines of that song; now I CAN see all the obstacles, many caused by the rain. It will be a busy week here, all the clean up, and so little energy.
those are great songs! our rain has passed and the sun is shining
Hi thanks for coming by. I am back. I have some work to do for the ministry this afternoon but I'll come back by tonight and catch up on what you have been doing. Just wanted to say thanks and Hi.
Blessings,
Sherry
This is one song that if I hear it, it makes me smile AND I have to sing along!
Two wonderful talented men.
I love these two songs! They are just so catchy and fun to sing along to.
I think they are both good!
Hi there my friend. I am at Marie's. Will be home tomorrow. Thanks for the wonderful visit. Miss ya already!
That is a favorite song of mine! Brings back some childhood memories:)
We have had lots of drizzles here... I wish it would either rain or just clear up! GEEZ!
A great song and love both renditions.
I've always loved that song! :)
Come on over and stop by at my Home School Open House if you can!
