If your happy and you know it clap your hands...
"Happiness is not about having what you want, its about wanting what you have"
If your happy and you know it clap your hands...
"The pursuit of happiness is a most ridiculous phrase;
If you pursue happiness, you'll never find it."
If your happy and you know it...
"Don't let the sadness of your past, and the fear of the future, ruin the happiness of your present."
Then your face will surely show it...
"Today is better than yesterday!"
If your happy and you know it...
"The Happiest people don't have it all, they just make the best with what they've got!"
CLAP YOUR HANDS!

You know the saying "if mama ain't happy, ain't NOBODY happy"? Well for the sake of peace in my home (where my people hang their hearts), mama is going to try, really try, to be happy, and make this place a safe, happy home!!! (send me some prayers? ;)
Me taking time to appreciate makes me happy, AND makes my house run better, AND helps others have a safe place to fall.
I love this first quote!
"Happiness is not about having what you want, its about wanting what you have"
I would love it written on my living room wall or down my hallway.
When I take time to enjoy what I have, my world is truly a MORE peaceful place!

Those are fantastic! My fav in these hard economic times: HAPPINESS IS FREEEEEE!
That is a great quote "Will you live or merely exisit" -- It gives us a lot to think about!
Yes-sometimes I think we need to take the time to appreciate what God has blessed us with. Instead of constantly dwelling on what we want but can't have. What we have could be a whole lot worse.
What an uplifting post, Carla! I think I shall have that quote put in my living room, somewhere, too! I know my kids could use it! See you soon!
That is great! Thanks for stopping by. I love your colors and layout....very happy! Your post is very appropriate in this time! Thank you.
That's great, I needed some positive thoughts today!
SO TRUE. Another one I heard was Children are not expensive-Lifestyles are expensive.

One of our favorite songs at our house! I'm happy that my husband came through surgery fine, unfortunately the anesthesia didn't set well with him.
Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers!
Those are such wonderful quotes...and so true!
Our last sacrament meeting's theme was happiness. We all must need the reminder that we were sent here to be happy and have joy!! Loved your quotes. Have a happy, happy day!! Julie
Great quotes, Carla! Making the best of what we have...That is so true! It makes us appreciate our 'everything' more!!
Wonderful quotes!
These are all beautiful quotes. Thansk for sharing them. You have such a wonderful attitude and it shines through. I'm glad I found your blog.
Hi Carla,
Great blog!
I'm the happiest person I know! I think it's mainly because I live in gratitude - so the quote about wanting what you have resonates with me. Keep up the great work - we need to spread our happiness around.
What a good reminder to be joyful! We have really been struggling with some things here at BrightHaven and I have been so sad about them. I never considered my not being at peace could affect my home. Silly, I know. Thanks for clarifying that for me.
