I, like most, was appalled as I watched this destruction, and loss.
I, like most turned to God, and united with others in prayer.
Prayer of comfort, prayer of protection, prayer of peace.
I was amazed to see the nation turn to prayer for relief.
How quickly we quit.
How quickly we went back to life, and relying on our own strength.
Today, I pause and remember when this tragedy turned a nation to their true strength, their true God.
I feel our nation needs this devotion now.
I, for one, will remember.
That tragic day will always be etched in our hearts and minds. It will never be forgotten.
ReplyDeleteMay God touch those precious familys who started a normal day and their world was rocked.
Thank you for this tribute. God Bless!!!
This morning on the news, they said that this is a legal holiday for firefighters. Not sure if it was a nationwide thing, or just Texas, I was still half asleep!
