BIG NEWS!
We bought the back 40!
Well actually we bought the back 50x100' (5000 sq :) lot behind us!
Well actually, we just put our down payment on it-so it is ours to payoff.
Currently our back yard is 5'deep running the length of our single wide moblie home. Not really big enough, all its good for now is a dog run.
We have plans to fence it in, split it in half for hubby's trailers and such and the dogs, the other half being patio and food garden. I'm very excited!
Ahhh, dream a little dream with me!!!!

Bloomin' Tuesday! 09/02/08 (after all!)

I thought I wasn't going to be able to share today because my camera wouldn't upload! But, finally, it did. I took these yesterday before the rains came. I don't have much bloomin right now my stuff is more foliage (I really like foliage). You might have to look close to see the blooms in some of these.) Today I am enjoying a 'front - door - wide - open' drizzly overcast very much cooler day! My doggies are tucked in the doghouse outside, safe and dry. My kitties are lounging inside with the 'extra' girls I babysit. Ahhhh. I hate that we need tropical storms for our summer rains, but we are very thankful for THIS part of the storm! So, please during this hurricane season, take care, and keep those in the dangerous part of the path in your prayers! Happy Tuesday! Happy September! Happy Rain!

My camera batteries are low, bummer! With my new camera you can't use regular batteries, NO, you have to use fancy batteries! And, I have a sinking feeling, when on my 'port', it continues to drain my fancy smacy batteries, instead of using the port power!!! AND I'm not going grocery shopping till the end of the week!!! OH THE HORRORSSSSS!!!!
So, to make myself feel better, I ordered sock monkeys for the grandbabies!!! I'm so excited!!! Isn't this the sweetest thing? Because of Nola's (Alamo North) link to the sock monkey lady (Madam Z), and because I was 'deprived' of one as a child, I decided the grandbabies NEEDED sock monkeys for Birthdays (Nov 10, Nov 28, & Dec 17).
So when I checked Ebay, and saw this cutie, I was hooked!!!! I'll keep you updated on our new arrivals! (you can click this cutie for the link)
